    How long can I expect to receive my items?

    Production & delivery on most of our items takes approximately 6 - 10 business days and ships via USPS or DHL. Please message me right away if you are experiencing any delays outside of your recommended delivery date. The sooner I hear from you, the faster I can resolve any issues that may occur.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, at this time, due to extreme delays and costly shipping prices, I only ship within the USA.

    Where are your items made?

    All shop items are designed and created by Celestial Elements and produced via carefully selected print partners within various locations of the U.S.

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Celestial Elements cannot process any returns or exchanges with the exception of any items received with damages, defects or imperfections. Please note these imperfections are subject to the approval of my third party provider and require to be submitted to me no later than 30 days from the time of delivery.

    The items that I had ordered came in separate shipments. Why did this happen?

    All products sold at Celestial Elements are manufactured by various carefully selected print providers across the U.S. Sometimes when ordering multiple items, these items may be made by two separate print providers, so you will receive those items in separate packages. Please expect delivery times to vary for each item as well. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your order, please message me any time.

    Do you offer expedited shipping options to get my items faster?

    Unfortunately at this time, I do not offer any expedited shipping options. Production & delivery on most items takes approximately 6 - 10 business days and ships via USPS or DHL. Please feel free to reach out right away if you are experiencing any delays.

    Do you offer more sizes or materials than what are listed? Can I place a custom order for a different size or material?

    All available sizes and materials are mentioned in the item description. Custom orders cannot be made for you in a different size or material as these items are manufactured by a third party print provider. Please be advised that I offer any and all possible options for each of my item listings as they become available.
